The analysis is conducted by one of our consultants with the client. The result is a valuable report that establishes a baseline for what you need.

- When the needs analysis is finished, the results are reviewed and a report of areas needing some HR attention is submitted to the client.

2. Review and Recommendations...
- Most reviews are quick and to the point. Upon completion of the review, a report with specific recommendations is provided to the client.
- This report will provide the client company information necessary to make decisions on what steps they should address.

- From the Needs Analysis we can establish a plan to help you. It's really simple. You've told us what you are doing, we know what needs to be done and we are prepared to help you do it.
