Where the Experience Comes From...
Working for major corporations such as Cummins Engine Company, Becton Dickinson, ConAgra, and Werner Enterprises, Doug gained valuable experience at all levels of the Human Resources discipline. Starting his career in the training and development areas, then quickly moved into employment and employee relations, labor management and finally business and HR development, Doug has the experience to assist any size business.
During his career with ConAgra, Doug was the Employment Manager for the highly successful Healthy Choice Brand and led the national recruitment effort to staff the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Quality areas.
At Werner, Doug took a simple office administrative and management personnel function and built it into a highly functional and progressive HR Department servicing over 1,900 nondriver and 12,000 driver personnel.
From the generalist activities required of any HR person to specific compliance and regulatory functions involving top management decisions, Doug has the experience and brings a real sense of how to make a HR function a true business partner.

Doug is an Iowa State University graduate, he holds his health and life insurance licenses in several states, and continues to supports the local community through his Chamber of Commerce membership and men's leadership programs at his local church.

Brad Dumke
Safety and Compliance Consultant
Where the Experience Comes From...
Brad spent 23 years in the Transportation Industry beginning with a small brokerage firm in Omaha, NE dealing with both customers and trucking companies to move freight from the Midwest to the southeast and west coasts.
Brad later moved to Werner Enterprises where he spent 18 ½ years, the last 17 in the Safety Department rising to the position of Director of Safety. While in the Safety Department he did training, was responsible for the company's drug and alcohol testing programs, DOT and OSHA compliance, accident reviews, dealt extensively with the Risk Management Department, company attorneys, and the Human Resources Department. Brad also managed up to twenty employees.
After leaving Werner, Brad worked for two smaller trucking firms in both the operations department and as Director of Recruiting.

Brad attended both the University of Nebraska Lincoln and the University of Nebraska Omaha, as well as numerous industry-related training workshops and seminars. Brad keeps up to date with industry news as a member of the Nebraska Trucking Association. Brad is also a member of their Safety Management Council and served as an officer for five years including two as Chairman.

Where the Experience Comes From...
Les has acquired extensive experience in human resources resulting from serving as a major contributor in a variety of industries such as consulting, energy, publishing, banking, and human services. He has experience in human resources management as well as a generalist practitioner.
Specifically, he has acquired the following experience in corporate, midsize business settings, and small business:
- Senior Level experience in human resources management, strategic planning, organizational development, training and development, staffing, recruiting, employee relations, HRMS, and benefits/compensation management.
- Innovative leadership, team-building, and business management skills.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of human resources regulatory compliance.
- Seasoned union negotiator and labor relations manager.
- Extensive experience in recruiting and staffing in many industries.
All of Les' 30 plus years of HR experience has been serving Omaha metro area corporations and companies. He has experience working with such companies as the Omaha World-Herald, a labor relations consulting firm, Northern Natural Gas, Eastern Nebraska Human Services Agency, and most recently managing a large number of HR consulting projects with metro area organizations at the Silverstone Group.

Les holds a Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha , and he serves on the faculties of Bellevue University and Metropolitan Community College in the schools of business and management. He also has been designated a Vision Point Select Trainer affiliated by the Vision Point Video Production Company located in Des Moines, Iowa. Les is an active member of the Human Resources Association of the Midlands. He also has experience as a keynote presenter for a variety of organizations and groups in the areas of leadership, management, and communications.

Where the Experience Comes From...
Most of
Susan’s 20 plus years of experience has been in Houston,
TX where she began her career as an HR Generalist with Weatherford
International, an international oilfield service company.
Susan
later moved to Enron Corp. where she spent 13 years as a
Manager of Employee Relations to develop their drug and alcohol
testing programs for over 5000 Department of Transportation
employees.
She also worked extensively with the EEOC, Company
managers, attorneys and employees on all discrimination allegations
and developed company-wide training programs in the employment
arena.
Susan’s most recent experience is with small business
owners working for ADP TotalSource as an HR Manager and Consultant.

Scranton in Scranton, PA and has attained her certification
in the Human Resource field as a Senior Professional in Human

June Wayne

Where the Experience Comes From.
With over 15 years of combined human resources, training and job coaching experience, June has an extensive knowledge and generalist background from consulting, creating, and developing policies to writing job descriptions. She has experience working with small to mid-sized businesses, not-for-profits and government.
June is the President of Wayne Enterprises, a training and development consulting firm, which focuses on human resources and leadership development; workplace and employee training; job readiness and retention services; and personal development workshops and events.
Working for major corporations such as Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Xerox, June gained valuable experience in training and development and coaching.
While at TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a third party call center for USPS, June was responsible for the hiring and selecting of 1500 customer service representatives for the start-up organization. At Coca-Cola Bottling Company, June was the Human Resource Recruiter for the Lenexa, KS office and led the regional recruitment effort to staff Marketing, Sales, Production, Union, Service, and Finance.
Recently, June served as Trainer and Human Resource consultant for a non-profit training organization where she had the opportunity to focus on performance management, hiring and selection, policies and procedures, job descriptions and employee and supervisory training. She has experience working with small to mid sized businesses and non-profit organizations.
Her other experiences include:
- Developing training for improved delivery of customer service skills, positive employee interactions, as well delivering other types of training, such as hiring and selection and work behavior based training.
- Managing the process of a newly created human resources service to reduce legal considerations and challenges for small to mid-size business owners.
- Conducting "human resource kick off meetings" for business owners and employees. ? Coaching front-line employees to increase job satisfaction, and enhanced work performance.
- Managing employee relations and staffing.
June has written human resources articles for the Small Business Monthly- Kansas City, "Hiring the Right Candidate with Behavioral Interviewing", (September 2007) and Flourish! Magazine," Take Steps Now to Minimize Possible HR-Related Lawsuits" (September/October 2006).
