Recruiting Fees
Outlined below is our cost structure for different levels of clients.
A placement fee will be charged to the client only after the successful placement and actual employment of a presented candidate.
For positions which the annual base pay is $20,000 or below, the placement fee is:
- $500 with advertising expenses limited to $395. Total cost to the client is $895.
- Included with this will be face-to-face interviews, resume and application review and verification, a background check and written reference checks.
- Post offer drug screens charges will be the clients' responsibility.
For positions which the annual base salary is $21,000 - $49,000, the placement fee is:
- A 10% fee of the first year base wage/salary.
- Included with this will include all advertising expenses, face-to-face interviews, resume and application review and verification, a background check and written reference checks.
- Post offer drug screens charges will be the clients' responsibility.
- We also offer employment assessment screening which is the clients' responsibility and generally costs $200 per candidate hired or not.
For positions which the annual base salary is $50,000 or above, the fee is:
- A 15% fee of the first year base wage/salary.
- Included with this will include all advertising expenses, face-to-face interviews, resume and application review and verification, a background check and written reference checks.
- Post offer drug screens charges will be the clients' responsibility.
- We also offer employment assessment screening which is the clients' responsibility and generally costs $200 per candidate hired or not.
Commission Only Positions
For positions that are commission only, HR Systems will follow the same schedule as previously outlined. The client will be asked for performance payout plans for which the employee will be expected to perform. Our fee will be based on the "satisfactory" level of performance.
Fee Payment and Services
Placement Fees are NOT paid to HR Systems until the position has been successfully filled.
Online applications are used so the client will have direct access to the applicants that are applying.
We also provide the HR Systems website and enable the client to have access to resumes from any internet connection. This has been a very effective communication tool.
Should clients need to interview away from their location, we offer conference rooms for private interviews with candidates.
Placement Comparison
Placement Agencies typically charge 25-30% of the first year total compensation. It has been our experience that recruiters will generally not perform a background check or have the applicant complete a thorough online job application.
Fee Comparison
A Recruiter fee schedule for a candidate's annual wage of $50,000 x 25% = $12,500.
For HR Systems, a candidate's annual wage of $50,000 x 15% = $7,500.
