      Workplace harassment unfortunately happens every day. It is happening in your company? Do you know the legal definition of harassment? Do you recognize behaviors that could lead to sexual harassment? This course will answer these questions, as well as educate you on how to prevent harassment, handle internal complaints, and minimize exposure for your supervisors and company.       Coaching, discipline and termination are difficult yet the most important supervisory duties for managers to handle. Having to coach, counsel, discipline, and potentially terminate an employee can have various effects on your company. We will cover how to coach an employee, how to use progressive discipline, what to do to when using an employee warning system that includes verbal, written, and suspensions. We also focus on eliminating emotions during the discipline process. Supervisors must deal with only the facts. We'll finish the course with what to do when termination is the only alternative.
