DESCRIPTION:Did you know?? \nAn ongoing study by the Gallup Organization revealed that only 31% of employees are engaged at work. \nWhen they further evaluated engagement metrics\, they learned that only 3 in 10 employees agree their fellow associates are committed to doing quality work; that at work\, their opinions count; or agree they have the materials and equipment to do their job right. These statistics could indicate an overwhelming issue with conflict resolution. How does your business line up?  Are you recognizing conflict in your workplace? What are you doing about it? \nHR Systems has developed a workshop for all supervisory and HR professionals that focus on identifying\, addressing and resolving conflict in the workplace. \nThat however\, is only the first part of our workshop. Respect in the workplace is a must and many times the conflict we face start because of the lack of respect. As you can see\, these two topic go hand-in-hand. \nWe invite you to join us for our November 8\, 2018 workshop.
