Doug Pedersen

Doug Pedersen

Business Founder/Consultant

With over 29 years of comprehensive HR experience, Doug Pedersen opened HR Systems in March of 2003. With a desire to streamline HR processes to assist businesses of every size, he developed HR system to provide practical and effective workforce management solutions.

Doug’s past experience includes working for major corporations such as Cummins Engine Company, Becton Dickinson, ConAgra, and Werner Enterprises. At these companies, he gained valuable experience at all levels of Human Resources including training and development, employment, employee relations, labor management, and business and HR development.

Among his achievements, Doug was the Employment Manager for ConAgra’s highly successful Healthy Choice Brand and led national recruitment efforts to staff the sales, marketing, product development, and quality areas. At Werner, Doug took a simple office administrative and management personnel functions and built it into a highly functional and progressive HR department servicing more than 1900 non-driver and 12,000 driver personnel.

Doug is happy to use his past experience and expertise to provide outstanding and effective HR experiences for all his clients.
