Meet Our Founder

Doug Pedersen

Business Founder/Consultant

Doug Pedersen, founded HR Systems (HRS) in February 2003. Prior to HRS, Doug spent 22 years in corporate HR with Cummings Engine, Becton Dickenson, ConAgra, and Werner Enterprises. In each of these companies Doug held Manager and Senior Director positions covering all aspects of HR and Labor Relations.

Tammy Hilzendeger

Has been with HR Systems for over 6 years and is an Account Specialist. Tammy was an HR Generalist previously with Tek Industries, a National Sales Assistant with AccuQuilt. She has multiple years of overall HR, recruitment, retention, and compliance. Tammy enjoys working in diverse industries where she communicates with people from all backgrounds.
